Bui Vien is the backpacker Road of Saigon. It’s much like Khao San Road, but not very as outrageous. Stuffed with bars playing dance songs, smaller beer retailers with plastic tables spilling into the road, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques – it is possible to see why backpackers find it irresistible. Bui Vien is labeled as a “strollin
